BEGINNING STRINGS CAMP
JULY 8 - 12, 2024 | 9AM-12:30PM
Immerse your child in the world of music making! Students will have the opportunity to learn the beginning techniques of the string instrument of their choosing; violin, viola, or cello. By the end of the week, students will be able to perform for the parents what they have learned.

Goals of the Program
At Studio Muse we want each student to have the experience of learning an instrument. We will aim to teach students how to properly hold their instruments, understand basic rhythms, read staff notation, and a few songs to perform for their family and friends by the end of the camp.
Level & Age Requirements
The beginning strings summer camp is offered to students between the ages of 4 and 11 years old. Students can choose from Violin, Viola, and Cello. The instruments will be provided for the students!
Date & Time
The camp will occur on Monday, July 8th - Friday, July 12th from 9AM - 12:30PM each day.
Faculty
The teacher of this course will be Nusheen Farahani and Kathryn Satoh. Nusheen has arranged the music for the course.
