Crystal Favry-williams

About Crystal

Crystal Williams-Favry has been teaching cello privately in the Northern, Virginia area since 2013. Throughout her ten years of teaching, Crystal has had the honor of working with students of all ages and different walks of life. Some students have been as young as four, and as old as a middle-aged adult. It is a strong belief of Crystal's that it is never too early or too late to learn how to play the cello. Crystal recently graduated magna cum laude from George Mason University, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Music Education and a minor in String Pedagogy. Both her vast experience and teacher training have given her the ability to meet the needs, interests, and demands of all her students. When not teaching privately, Crystal can be seen teaching strings in an elementary school, playing with the local symphony, or grabbing a bite to eat with her close friends and colleagues.
